Blast Preparation
In keeping with today's environmental concerns we now utilise a variety of blast treatments including ultra high water pressure and slurry blasting to clean off rusty steel down to bright metal. These systems replace dry abrasive blasting and are much cleaner, less aggressive and quieter resulting in a clean vessel with no damage to any areas out with the treatment zone. Following blasting our painters can apply any desired paint coating system.
We comply with current environmental legislation and work closely with SEPA to monitor and reduce discharge of contaminants.
For intermediate derusting, and treatment of G.R.P vessels, a variety of other wet and dry stripping systems are available. Contact us to discuss any of these many options available.
